I'm not quite sure why I'm doing this... but we need more HMs, and we have no way to get them. So this magnificent prize, that allows you to transport between boards you've already been to (including route boards and such), will go to whoever can complete this challenge =D

The man nodded, blinked and then tossed Drake a Lava Cookie and gave him a smile, turning back to sorting through items.

Lava:
RB arranged the rocks she had found on her side in a way that *hopefully* would minimize the rocks movement. (Minimize is a good word! It should be used a lot.) Blazer, unwilling to give up just yet, dove back into the lava, swam to the other side, and looked for some more rocks. A few minutes later, the moment of truth had come: RB carefully stepped onto the big rock. The rock didn't move. She took a few steps. The rock didn't move. She held her breath as she crossed-- could she make it?

Pikachu hurried out of the back room with a small string-up bag. Inside were all the starter items, and the zigzagoon's pokeball. The professor took this and handed it to Summer "And, normal moves work most of the time. The constriction of particles causes solidity, and although ghosts can sometimes learn to do that whenever they want, mostly it just happens in the heat of battle... I hardly understand it myself..."

Sonic Screwdriver
And Azurill was gasping under the weight of a package. It took the poor thing all day to get here. Well, her office is all the way across the HQ. The box was decorated with some runescape items and screenshots on the top and bottom, then the sides were decorated with random scenes from Doctor Who. The Azurill placed it next to the desk, avoiding the extra work of climbing up. Inside the box was a chocolate cake, Drake's own recipe. The Pokemon jumped up onto the desk and said, ~Don't tell Drake how I stole the recipe from his office.~ The Azurill held out keys and left a note. It was folded in half. The top had three letters surrounded by bubbles, I-N-U. There was a long letter written inside. ~Oh yeah, one more thing.~ The Azurill scurried outside for a second, then came back with a plush Sonic Screwdriver. She said to the morph, ~Listen. Tell Drake 'Happy Birthday' from me, and also:
Ha ha! Your getting old!

Halo's 'singing' was something out of character - not a character singing. And her example of caps is, again, OOC. But I guess that doesn't matter so much.
