(Yes, I finally made an Emerald thread for everyone who saw a red Messenger.
WOO LACK OF ENOUGH WIT TO THINK UP A NEW NAME
AND THE FACT THAT THIS IS THE FIRST EMERALD THREAD YAY)
Once Anneliese had gotten inside the Emerald, she discovered that she had pretty much been the last to enter, unless others had volunteered for this insane rescue mission. There was a fairly large group of other people here, almost all of them kids around the same age as her. "Okay, we found the Emerald, but where's the Emerald Council?" She asked no one in particular.

(Considering that an Emerald thread has been made, by this point in time I should have enough effort to post in it and all, so without further ado...)
Despite the fact that Finian had entered first, he almost felt like he arrived after Ann...then he realised it was because he'd had his eyes shut in case something strange assaulted his sight like...well, he didn't know, that was how bad it was. Aria and Kuno, far less bothered for whatever reason it was, began to walk idly around. Finian wasn't bothered about them - if anything happened, they could take care of themselves, and they'd be able to find their way back, surely. No, Finian was amazed by the sheer size of this place. Or rather, what felt like a lack of size.
This entire place in the Emerald, despite it looking rather big to Finian, felt like he was only looking at a small section of the overall building - as if, if it wanted to, it could suddenly become as small as it wanted or as big as it wanted.
It took a few minutes of staring at the place before he realised, indeed, there were a large amount of people here. Finian wondered for a minute just how many there were and if he was really needed, but he shook his head to clear that depressing thought. If there were disappearances, well, the more the merrier to find out what was going on. But considering that Wingull before had been not only unhelpful, but tried to prevent them from coming, how had there been this many people here? Well, that could be solved later.
The only thing left was to see who was running the show. After that...well, who knew what could happen. Like him get completely lost, for instance.
He looked up - where had Ann gotten off to? Or rather...where had he gotten off to? "Oh, drat..." Finian said to himself, slapping his face in mild frustration. Lost in thought, he'd wandered off who knew where. He was pretty sure he hadn't exited the room he'd come into, but given the shape...or lack of definite shape...of this place.
He quickly looked around to see if he could find the girl he'd come here with, and tried to retrace his steps. He'd better figure out where he'd left Ann before she realised he was gone. Things could get awkward if he had to start explaining himself like some lost child...
(...well, that was longer than I thought it would be.)

(Oh my.)
Anneliese looked around for Finian, realizing he was nowhere nearby. After scanning the place for any sign of him in the crowd, she spotted him wandering around and looking dazed. "Heh. He's lost." She muttered to herself with a chuckle, then walked over to him.

(( Since we should all share an Emerald thread... ))
Drake had already entered the Emerald at this point, and he was currently ghosting around the edges of the small crowd, wondering if something was going to happen. He noted that some of the others were stumbling around in empty space and opening pantomime doors... he figured the place must look different to each person; it would explain why legendaries could stand living in an area that Drake saw as a simple meadow.

"Oh...okay...w-we're here..." Jennifer said quietly, just encase Bob was listening. She opened up a green door, well, at door that she had envisioned, and went inside. Once she got inside and looked around, she could hardly believe what she was seeing.
There were many people here. A few seem to stick out. There was a boy, walking around...kinda like he was lost in his own little world and a female Pokemorph with an amused look on her face, following after him. And then there was yet another Pokemorph, a Mightyena one, just kinda walking around the edges of the crowd, minding his own business. Besides them, everyone else seemed like they were just...there. Still, Jennifer was very glad that some Pokemorphs escaped capture.
"I..." Jennifer quietly began but then silenced herself completely. She remembered that Gem, her Skitty, wasn't out and she didn't want to make Bob bored with her muses. So she walked forward, then stopped, waiting to see what would happen, watching the others to see what they would do. She just kept silent, seeing as her Pokemon weren't out, she probably would say little to nothing, except maybe to Bob. 'Maybe I'll get Gem out soon...' Jennifer added in her thoughts.

And as Bob followed Jennifer, his thought process was going something like this:
Turnips. I believe in Turnips, unless they all decide to run for president. Hehehe, turnip president, oh hello door. Open door. He lightheartedly opened the door. Oh hello Jennifer. Open Jennifer. He reached out a hand, and froze for a few seconds realizing that there was no doorknob. This snapped him back to reality, and he slowly put down his hand in the hopes that no one saw him doing that...
He nervously cleared his throat. "So, hehehe, where are we?" He looked around and saw the rest of the crowd. What odd folks...

Sulteron sprinted after Tsuki, panting as she struggled to reach the Emerald. Hinote galloped alongside her, for Sulteron could run almost as fast as him. Tongue lolling out, the Arcanine's eyes were glittering as he gazed at his goal ahead.
Heart beating like a drum, Sulteron could see the glittering green city laid out before her. Just a little more... she was almost there... but that boy, her cousin, would beat her! She could see the little black flecks of people milling about, with a small huddle whom she was headin straight for. She assumed they were other trainers, coordinators, and Pokemon workers in any way, all there for the same purpose she was- to rescue those poor Pokemorphs!
She wouldn't win with this small, slow human body. Radiating the same bright light Hinote did during his evolution, she gracefully transformed into a magnificant mint green Espeon, leaping high over Tsuki's head, sailing to land in front of him, running beautifully and faster than ever. Hinote soon caught up, and the two completed the race to the Emerald.

A rumbling growl leapt from Tsuki's throat, and he muttered something under his breath. "Dumb cousin... already got... transformation... knows I can't transform..."
But his scowling mood was soon shattered as he caught up to her, skidding to a halt with his Eevee clutched fimly to his chest. Corleo ran up, panting, behind him. {I don't see why... you have to go... so fast... all of the time.} it gasped. {I only have... short legs.} "All the more reason for you to evolve as soon as possible." Tsuki said, lifting Eevee down onto the ground and looking around. The Emerald glittered with the light of a thousand brilliant suns (Tsuki dwelt on this descriptive imagery he'd made up for some time, rather pleased with it), but other than the small crowd milling about it, the place appeared to be deserted. "Where is everyone?" {Dunno. Has anybody tried calling?} "Corleo, I somehow doubt that would-" {Helooo-oooo! Emerald council, where are youuu~? Come out, come out! We want to talk to youu-}
He was cut off by an abrupt thwack in the face by the thick, bushy tail of Eevee. {Oh, do put a lid on it. We're getting awkward stares.} {If I cared about what people thought of me, I'd have stopped being me a long time ago. Besides, I bet there have to be some people here as wierd as us. Let them get stared at.} {That's not what I meant.}

< You don't have to yell > No sooner than Tsuki had asked for them, the Council appeared to everyone. While the scene may seem a bit different for everyone, the Council tried to keep it consistent; three groundon, three kyogre, around what was usually a table, with a rayquaza tapestry on the wall behind them. The kyogre were floating in thin air, by the way. < What is so important that it requires multiple humans? > One groundon asked, looking annoyed.

Sulteron's eyes widened. She was speechless at the sight of these powerful, magnificent legendaries. Hinote at her side saw the potentially deadly enemies eying his trainer, and snarled instinctively, the shiny ghost slightly luminous among the sparkling buildings. Sulteron hushed him, not wanting to anger the Groudon or Kyogre.
Seeing someone had to step forward to explain, she took a deep breath, barely able to believe the action she was doing, and stepped before the overpowering Emerald Council. "Please, Council, we have reason to be here. As I'm sure you have noticed, a man has been kidnapping Pokemorphs like myself. He has been capturing them, enslaving them, and we feel this can not go on. That's why we're here. To stop this man. But we need help, I suppose. We don't know very much. We could use some help, advice, whatever you feel we need." she spoke as calmly as possible, but it was still clear she was nervous.
Hinote was still tense, but seeing his trainer's need for these Pokemon made him remain calm. He knew this was important. The tiger sat, head level with his trainers' shoulders. He shook his shaggy Arcanine fur, and looked as though he were about to add something when he closed his mouth again, dagger-like teeth hidden from view once more.

Tsuki nodded. "Yep. That's... well, about it."
His baby Absol gingerly peeked its head out from behind his legs, cowering in fear of the legendary pokémon. His baby Rayquaza, however, seemed quite at ease. Nonchalantly draping its long green body around his neck, it watched the Emerald Council intently, twitching its tail every so often and gripping his shoulder tightly with his clawed hands.
{Woo, oh yeah! I called the Emerald Council out. Whothedaddy?!} Sliding happily from side to side, Corleo delightedly thrashed its tail from side to side. Eevee shot him a withering glance that Corleo was too hyper to appreciate.

Out of the corner of her eye, Jennifer saw Bob reaching his hand out toward her, like someone would to open a door. Then he put his hand down. A small sweatdrop appeared on Jennifer's head, but soon disappeared. After all, she was pretty used to how odd Bob could be. "We're at the Emerald. To meet the counsel. Remember?" She quietly answered him. Then, Jennifer turned her attention back to said task. The Counsel.
The Counsel appeared before them in the blink of an eye, in a flash of light. Such a site captured Jennifer's attention completely. Three Groudon, Three Kyogre, all around a large black table with a Rayquaza tapestry in the background. She'd never seen a more amazing sight!
Jennifer got out a Pokeball and released Gem. She wanted her Skitty to see this. Gem looked up at the Council, surprised. Then she jumped up on Jennifer's head, like she always does, to get a better look. "Neh..." Gem mewed softly.
Both trainer and Pokemon watched as a girl explained to the legendaries why they were all here. It turned out that none of the trainers and morphs seemed to know anymore or less then she did about the whole situation. But everything that was said by the girl was right and Jennifer nodded her head, quietly agreeing.

"Eeeep." Anneliese couldn't help whimpering at the sight of the Legends. She glanced over at Sulteron, who had proceeded to explain the situation to the Groudon and Kyogre. Feeling it necessary to help out, what with her also being a morph, Ann ran forward to stand next to the shiny Espeon morph and said, "It's true. Every day I, and probably quite a few others, have been seeing fewer and fewer Pokemorphs. The morphs in this room are very likely the only ones left uncaptured." She glared up at the Legends, as if to say "if you don't help us I will mess you up."

A messenger flew over to the table, perching on it's edge. < It is as they said. However... this villain has an armored fortress, too high in the the sky for any of our attacks to reach even if we sent out all the volunteers. Beside that, sending them all out at once would prove to the world that there is more than one groundon and kyogre > The bird finished it's speech and looked up at the council for approval. < Well, if they want one groundon and one kyogre, we could grant that wish > Said a groundon, breaking the silence that had followed the messenger's speech. < That's insane! I object! > A kyogre, this time, followed by the groundon across from her, < We can't risk armageddon over a half-race that has nothing to do with us! > < But it may be the only way! > Said another groundon, and an argument broke out almost instantly.

Anneliese couldn't help bursting out with, "WHO THE -censored- ARE YOU CALLING A HALF-RACE?!" She glared at the Kyogre in particular who had first said the words "a half-race." "And I do believe I've heard rumors of a colony of Groudon up on Magma Volcano, and a colony of Kyogre at the top of Aqua Falls(Waterfall? I can't remember.). It's already out that there are multiple Groudon and Kyogre." She said. Turning to the group of trainers behind her, she asked, "Can anyone confirm these rumors? I haven't been to either landmark quite yet."

Sulteron nodded. "Yep, on Magma Volcano I met a bunch of Groudon, all extremely agitated by something. Half the Pokemon living on the volcano ganged up on them, but were defeated. Two of them were severley injured. Together we managed to fight them off enough to get let the Pokemon get away." she declared, leaving out the fact that the Groudon she had fought was currently in a Pokeball at her belt. Her eyes surveyed the rest of the group, looking at Drake. Hadn't he said he'd caught a couple of legendaries?

Jennifer took a deep breath and stepped forward. "Um...e-excuse me...I too, can confirm these rumors. I have seen a colony of Groudon at the top of Magma Volcano...And in the Aqua falls, I meet a Kyogre. " She said in a quiet, but firm voice.
Her mind first flashed back to Magma Volcano. The colony of Groudon. The Groudon that her Pokemon fought against. Lily and the Groudon that she captured. Jennifer never caught the one that her Pokemon fought. She didn't want to. Or need to.
Then her mind went to Aqua Falls. The Kyogre she meet in the underground lake. The legendary's desire to return to the ocean and trust she showed Jennifer. She would have never caught a legendary unless given permission by the legendary. And even then, Jennifer was only transporting the Kyogre. 'Take her to the ocean. This isn't the ocean...but should I release her here?' Jennifer thought, now honestly unsure. Should she wait to get to an ocean, or release the Kyogre here and allow her to go to the council? How would the council react?
Either way, it was clear. Pokemorph's and humans alike were both starting to find out that there was more then one Groudon and Kyogre. "Please, council...help us to help you. If we know about the multiple legendaries...then surely the man who is controlling Pokemorphs does as well. And if he manages to control all the pokemorphs...what will stop him from coming after all of you? I don't want to see that happen..." Jennifer quietly pleaded.

Tsuki nodded, after the other two had spoken. ~I, also, have been to Magma Volcano and had an encounter with the Groudon inhabiting the area above. They appeared mildly agitated, but not too hostile, to be honest. However, the people in Magma City appear to have knowledge of the Groudon there... which leads me to believe, in all honesty, that they have a hand in why the Groudon, from what I've heard, are becoming more aggressive. They're not a secret any more.~
Tsuki's baby Rayquaza partially untwined itself from around his neck, snapping its jaws and growling softly. It didn't seem to like how the legendaries were arguing, and for the first time Tsuki appreciated how long it had grown to. Having a long body, it was already ten feet, nearly the size of some of the Groudon, and he knew it was still growing. From what he could tell, it wouldn't stop until it reached a length of about twenty-three feet; certainly big enough to ride on, and perhaps even large enough to reach this 'armoured fortress' they were talking about. It was definitely going to mature soon.

"There you go. Will you help us now?" Anneliese asked, crossing her arms and glaring at the council of Legendaries (particularly the one who had called 'morphs a half-race. Yes, still). She glanced at a nearby Umbreon morph and his young Rayquaza, and wondered if he could possibly get it to persuade the council into helping them. After all, wasn't Rayquaza the one who always stopped Groudon and Kyogre's arguments? She'd heard stories of it happening before in the Hoenn region.
(Argh short.)

The legends had missed about half of this in their argument, but when one happened to notice the baby rayquaza... things settled down quickly enough, for some reason. Most likely the reverence they had for the pokemon, though usually only in it's adult form. Those who had heard the most decided to respond. < So maybe we aren't such a secret anymore, > One kyogre finally spoke (a groundon in the background mumbled, "That's only because of all you trainers, running around causing trouble", but the kyogre continued all the same) < But... well, we have come to a decision. Haven't we? > A few council members gave her funny looks, but she continued before anyone had the chance to interrupt. < We're unleashing the Royalty. That's the Groundon and Kyogre from the legends... the ones who shaped the world to it's current form. Or rather, you are unleashing the Royalty. We can't send any of our ranks... we can't spare them, plus, we wouldn't make it very far on Mount Pyre > Wait, Mt Pyre? This sounded a lot like the Hoenn legends... specifically, the one about the orbs. Two orbs that would wake Groundon and Kyogre, and supposedly control them. Both rested at the top of a memorial to deceased pokemon; Mt Pyre. < You will be well equipped with our latest translocation modules, and, of course, your pokemon. We'll send Messengers to help, perhaps some advisers as well. But it's still your decision. > _________
Drake listened to the speech with a mixture of hope and trepidation. They could save everyone, but at what cost? The plan seemed difficult enough as it was, ignoring the fact that once they let the legends out, there was no guarantee they wouldn't destroy the world... but at least one person would agree to the plan, and he wasn't letting them go alone. "...Alright, I'm in." He said this quickly, stepping up near the front of the group. He didn't want to have to think it over; this was the right thing to do, he was sure of it.
(( Sudden plot push o.o' I got a burst of creativity, I didn't want to waste it. ))

"Wait, please wait for me!" Lily jumped off of Toklo the Tauros's back and ran to where all the trainers were gathered by the council. Lily, panting, added, "Don't forget about me. There's no way your going on this mission to 'save all the pokemorphs' without me. Nope, no way, not a chance. I'm in."
Lily looked up with a certain fierce look in her eyes, then returned her Tauros, leaving only her baby Vulpix snoozing on her shoulder. Just then, the trainer realized what she just said. In front of a bunch of trainers who were at or even higher than her level. In front of the council of Groudon and Kyogre, three to be exact.
She looked around her, the only trainers she could recognize was Jennifer, the one who traveled with her for Mount Magma and Route Two. She asked the council, "You will let us come, won't you? Even though we're late?"

By now, Jennifer and Gem had also taken notice of the baby Rayquaza coiled around the Umbreon Pokemorph's neck. And Jennifer was wondering the same thing as Anneliese. Could the baby legendary somehow stop these Groudon and Kyogre from arguing? Apparently so.
The council finally calmed down and came to a decision. But what she heard next was quite surprising. They were going to unleash the Groudon and Kyogre? The two who were responsible for creating the land and sea? Now, Jennifer knew a lot of stories surrounding many other legendary Pokemon. But being a Hoenn native, she especially knew the story of Groudon, Kyogre, and the two orbs at the top of Mt.Pyre.
She couldn't help but smile a little, despite the amount of danger involved. "Gem...it looks like we are going to Mt.Pyre. Now I can show you my favorite place in Hoenn..." She whispered to Gem. Gem meowed and twitched her ears. Then she raised one of her little pink paws in the air, as a little cheer. She wasn't at all afraid! Gem the Ghost Skitty would fit right in.
'Translocation modules...? Hmmm...' Jennifer next thought, as she continued to listen to the council. 'This is going to be dangerous. But I have my Pokemon...I trust them.' She thought as they finished talking. Jennifer didn't move, she simply nodded and quietly said "Yes...I will go too." Right after Jennifer said that, she noticed that someone else had arrived. Turning to see who it was, she saw that is was Lily. 'Oh, Lily? Right, I traveled with her a little...Mt.Magma and Route two...I do hope they let her come. We could use the help.' They weren't really friends, but they were acquaintances. Jennifer waved a small wave in her direction, then turned back to watch the council's reaction.

Anneliese grinned and pumped a fist in the air. "HELL FREAKIN' YEAH, I'M GOING!" She shouted, showing her slightly canine Absol fangs. Her eyes burned with impatience and determination, though there was also a little confusion. Translocation? What the hell does that even mean? She thought, though she masked her confusion on the outside by keeping up her grin. She then realized that the only Pokemon she had were a Piplup and a Grasstifle. ...oh crap. The strongest Pokemon I have is... myself. She thought, grin faltering a bit. She pondered buying a TM for a powerful move Absol could learn somewhere and using it on herself.

{ Danke, danke Drake. X3 Better late then never, neh? }
"Achk!" a decidedly green colored blur zoomed into the Emerald Council, "I, uhm, sorry I'm late?" a panting human stood lagging behind what appeared to be forming of a large army of young Trainers. He cracked his back, sparkling green eyes locking on the large crowd of Kyogre's and Groudon's, a strange feeling of deja vu going off in his mind, "I would like to help too!" "Chu!" a dark furred Pichu popped up on his shoulder, grinning wickedly, ~Yeah. We would like to help out.~ Kai nodded, adjusting his goggles for added sincerity.
-------------------- ~~~~~~~~~~ --------------------
Several Groudon in the Council muttered amongst themselves, < No need to yell > one growled, locking his pointed stare on a select few in the crowd who had claimed their side with vehemence, < A simple "Yes" works just fine. > the Groudon shook his head, < And you must all realize - waking the Royalty will be no small feat. There is no telling what may appear on your way; or who you may battle. Do not think on this lightly, Mortals. >

Sulteron grinned at the Groudon. "I don't think lightly on this situation, trust me. And you're right; we have no clue of what might pop up along the way. I can do plenty of stuff, but I can't predict the future. But I feel safe. I have my Pokémon, and we all have each other. So even if each individual only has a few Pokémon, we're united, so we actually have dozens. We're all working together, helping each other. Together, we can onvercome this! I am coming!" she announced, her words trying to persuade any who felt unsure and ease any who were nervous. She she said it, her hand ran over her six Pokéballs, her eyes meeting her Egg and the Wingull and Swellow travelling with her. Well, technically the Swellow was not a Swellow; he was a Messenger. But she wasn't about to reveal him, was she?

Tsuki's baby - well, admittedly, it wasn't really a baby any more - Rayquaza gave a triumphant squeal, and Tsuki grinned lopsidedly. "What can I say? I guess I'm coming." he said, spreading his arms. "Hell, we've made it this far, and if we fail there's only ourselves to blame. What's that they say? 'United we stand,' um, 'Divided we fall'? Well, all I can say is let's unite and give it our best shot. We're not taking it lightly... I think I speak for everyone here when I say we've all considered the risks we'll be taking, and the problems we'll be solving, but... well, if there were any cowards they wouldn't have made it here." He grinned, stroking his Rayquaza. "We know what we'll be facing, and we're not afraid. So, let's give it our all! Who's with me?!"

< It is agreed, then. Good luck. > And with that, the council was gone, replaced with a smaller table. On it were a pile of scanner-like objects... 'translocation modules', perhaps. Of course, nobody mentioned how they worked... or how they were supposed to get to Mt. Pyre. Then, suddenly, a sound like a sonic boom rang out through the Emerald, followed immediately by a flash of light. By the table, there was a haphazard rip in the scenery, like someone had simply torn the world open. The other side showed a carved doorway in the side of a mountain. Inside, the scenery was lit, and people could be seen. Definitely Mt. Pyre. ____________
"You definitely don't see that every day" Came a voice from behind the party - a voice belonging to a rayquaza pokemorph. If only the council were around to see that. "I'm sure you guys could use some extra help. Let's go?" Drake looked at the newcomer with the strangest expression. He wasn't even going to ask the council? They probably did need the help, but... well...
(( Threw Ian in at the last minute. Why, you may ask? It would spoil the reward if I told you ._. Either way, I really want to get this plot moving again. I'm sure you all agree. Respond as soon as you can, single file, take a scanner and hop through the portal. ))

Sulteron felt Hinote shiver a little as he watched the mysterious rift open up before his very eyes. He wondered if their Groudon could do that. He strongly doubted it. Swallowing sharply, he tossed his mane, looking at Sulteron. She seemed to be brave, but there was fear evident in her shining eyes. Kai, the tiny baby Eevee in her arms whined, burying her head in her trainer's shirt. The little thing was still forteen days short of a month old, the poor thing. Korufi, their baby Suicune, was hiding underneath the Arcanine, who seemed to be her best friend at the moment. Well, other than Kai, that is. They were both very scared. By now, they had learned a few basic words like 'hungry', 'more' and 'no'. Right now, they were both using the last of those examples.
Sulteron soothed Kai in vain as she walked over to the portal. Someone had to go first, right? She picked up one of the strange objects with her free hand, examining it with interest. She didn't quite know what this was, but she felt it might come in handy, otherwise they wouldn't be offered them. So, the Espeon 'morph, with Hinote calming Korufi down, stepped through the portal to Mt Pyre, Hoenn.

Lily nodded, a fierce look in her eyes. "Obviously if we're all here it wouldn't be easy. I'm a fan of challenges, and if trainers from all over Tynri are gathered here, may they be rookies or experts, this will be some interesting challenge."
The trainer walked over to the table that replaced the council and picked up one of the objects. A Swampsian appeared by her side as Lily chuckled, "Don't think you're missing out on this one, Aisu." The Pokemon sighed. This was her starter Pokemon, and he did almost everything with Lily, whether he wanted to or not.
Lily looked behind to see the Rayquaza morph coming forward. She averted her gaze to the portal that seemed to lead to Mt. Pyre. She couldn't stop herself from laughing out loud, even when she knew the dangers that lay ahead. "Looks like your wisdom isn't going to help in this crazy world, Aisu." She ran ahead with her baby Vulpix, followed by Aisu, and into the portal.

Tsuki clapped his hands briskly. "Hai, hai. Let's go, then!"Grabbing one of the scanner-like objects, whatever they were, he flipped it from hand to hand before strapping it onto his head experimentally. There were times when not having a large pair of ears sticking out of your cranium was actually a good thing. Checking his Pokéballs quickly, he gave a large grin and stepped through the portal. (( Hahahah short .-. NOW YOU'RE THINKING WITH PORTALS ))
